About this role
We are seeking a skilled RPA Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business units, RPA developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality automation solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage RPA projects from inception to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee RPA project lifecycle (initiation, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment).
- Identify automation opportunities and assess project feasibility with the BA and technical team.
- Ensure alignment of RPA solutions with enterprise IT architecture and governance.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
- Monitor project progress and deliver status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business operations, compliance, and vendors.
- Ensure quality assurance and adherence to RPA best practices and standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and automation maturity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in RPA or automation projects.
- Proven track record of delivering technology or digital transformation projects on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools like MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., banking, healthcare, insurance).
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and scripting languages is a plus.
