• RPASoft doesn’t encourage allow its Student / Customer to modify / cancel the Course booking / subscription. Under any circumstances no booking will be cancelled once the payment has been processed for the same. Since there is no cancellation of course booking / subscription after successful payment processing, refund will not be applicable.
• You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund request within the stipulated time i.e., 1 week, after the lapse of the stipulated time schedule, then this would make you ineligible for a refund.
• You are not entitled for refund in case you failed attend the course in the stipulated time schedule provided by RPASoft.
• You are not entitled to claim refund, you failed to attend the classes / training sessions / failed to complete the course for whatsoever the reason/s not attributable to RPASoft.
