Skilling needs in India and rising demand for RPA
RPA is also creating a wealth of career opportunities in India. This burgeoning industry is giving rise to roles such as RPA Developers, RPA Analysts, RPA Architects, and RPA Project Managers. As per industry data, India is poised to generate over 200,000 RPA jobs in the next five years as global companies increasingly turn to India for their expertise in RPA services. Currently, there are around 5,000 job openings for RPA professionals, revealing a substantial demand-supply gap of 18-20%.
We at RPASoft are committed to Skill Development in India supporting the central government goal as part of National Skill Development Mission. We hope to contribute to this goal and hence we are reaching out to Colleges and Educational Institutions so that students can reach out to us and get trained on RPA, AI and niche skills that will equip students while entering the Industry.
Courses in RPA and Python to enable students and bridging Industry needs
RPASoft Academy provides Courses in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blueprisim and Python. We will also be introducing Power Automate soon in our courses. Each of these courses are of 5-week duration and includes hands on project work towards the end of the course that will give students the experience to be absorbed in the industry.

- Course Fee – Excluding GST and Taxes and to be paid before commencement of the course.
- RPASoft will provide the courseware and necessary computing infrastructure and software needed. Students must bring their own stationary.
- Maximum students in a batch is limited to 10. Morning classes will be conducted online on MS Teams, evening classes will be conducted on Premise
- Students are allowed to bring their own laptops and connect to training infrastructure or environment.
